Coast Coffee is a small French kitchen doing one thing: pizza and pasta, made to order, plus a food truck that takes the same menu out to events and markets.
What we do
Two things, and we keep them together. A short pizza list, a short pasta list, and a truck that carries both. The idea is that you can eat the same food whether you collect it from us or find us at a market.
How we work
Everything is made when you order it. Bases are stretched by hand, sauces are cooked down slowly, and dishes like lasagne go in the oven after you ask for them rather than sitting pre-made. That means a slightly longer wait and a noticeably better plate.
Where the truck fits in
The truck is not a separate business or a cut-down menu. It carries the same recipes to markets, festivals and private bookings, and cooks on site. If you have seen us out somewhere, the food you had is the food on this site.
