We cook a short menu in a small kitchen, which makes allergens easier to manage but not something to guess at. If you have an allergy, tell us before you order and we will tell you exactly what we can do.
The fourteen allergens
EU food law names fourteen allergens that must be declared. Ours is a pizza and pasta menu, so the ones that come up most often are gluten (wheat flour in the bases and pasta), milk (mozzarella, béchamel and some sauces), egg (some pasta and baked dishes) and celery or mustard (in some sauces).
The full list of fourteen is: celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, and tree nuts.

If you have an allergy or intolerance
Tell us when you order — by phone is quickest for anything urgent. We will go through the dish with you and say plainly whether we can make it safely or not. Where we cannot, we will say so rather than guess.
Our kitchen is small and handles flour, cheese and nuts in the same space. We cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from traces of an allergen.

Dietary preferences
Vegetarian pizzas are straightforward — the Margherita and Verde are both vegetarian as they stand. For vegan, gluten-free or dairy-free requests, ask before you order: whether we can do it depends on what is in that day, and we will not promise something we cannot deliver.
