Every order moves through the same five stages. Here is what each one means and how to check where yours has got to.
The five stages
- 1
Draft
You have picked what you want from the menu. Nothing has been sent to us yet.
- 2
Submitted
Your order has reached us, through the form, by phone or by email.
- 3
Confirmed
We have replied to confirm the order and the collection or delivery slot. This is the point at which a time is agreed.
- 4
In the kitchen
Your order is being made. Nothing needs to happen on your side at this stage.
- 5
Handed over
Collected from the kitchen, served at the truck, or delivered — depending on what we agreed.
Reference numbers
When we confirm an order we give you a reference that looks like this: CC-YYMMDD-NNN
The first two letters stand for Coast Coffee, the next six digits are the date the order was taken, and the last three are the order number for that day. Quote it if you need to ask us anything about the order.
