Coast Coffee (Company No. 16597773) runs this website and the takeaway and mobile food truck service described on it. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
When you contact us or place an order we collect the details you give us: your name, a phone number or email address, what you ordered, and any notes you add about allergies or timing. Our web host may also record standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type in server logs.
Why we use it
To take and confirm your order, to prepare and hand over your food, to answer your questions, and to keep records we are required to keep as a food business. We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell them.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies that are needed for it to work. Where we use anything beyond that, it is described in our Cookie Policy, and you can refuse non-essential cookies without losing access to the site.
Who we share it with
Only where necessary: our web hosting provider, and payment or delivery providers if you have used them. We do not pass your details to anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Order and contact records are kept only as long as we need them for the purpose they were given for, and for as long as food safety and accounting rules require. After that they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email shop@coastcoffee.shop and we will respond.

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
