The truck is the second half of what we do. We take the same pizza and pasta out to markets, festivals and private bookings, and cook on site.
Where you will find us
We do not publish a fixed pitch list, because it changes week to week with each booking. If you want to know whether the truck is out near you, ask us and we will tell you what is confirmed.
What is on board
The truck carries the same menu as the kitchen: the same five pizzas, the same pasta, the same toppings. Stock on the day depends on what was loaded, so the earlier you catch us the more choice there is.
